Sales terms and conditions

1 - FIELDS OF APPLICATION
These general sales conditions apply to any order placed on the site
www.inexportlight.com and derived addresses (hereinafter "the Site") of INEXPORT LIGHT
LTD (Limited liability company with registered office in San Giuliano Milanese, Via Carlo
Alberto Dalla Chiesa 12, VAT number IT06649510960) for the purchase of goods to be delivered in
Italy and Europe. The confirmation of the order by the buyer involves acceptance
without reservation of the present general sales conditions that prevail over all the
previous or specific versions generated by the purchaser, including the exchange of messages
of electronic mail.


2 - ORDERS


2.1 PRODUCT OFFER
The Products are presented in accordance with legal requirements and in the most precise manner

3 - PRICE / PAYMENT


3.1 PRICE OF PRODUCTS


Product prices are shown in Euros, excluding VAT.


3.2 DELIVERY COSTS


Products can be delivered by a transporter agreement with
INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l. or by a courier chosen by the customer. The type of transport will come
specified when ordering.


Transportation is free in Italy, excluding islands, for orders over € 4,000 + VAT.
3.3 PAYMENT
Payment can be made only in euros, at one time, when ordering, with
credit card, NEXY PAY, cash on delivery (unless approved in advance by the
INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l.) or by bank transfer to:

The order will not be processed or considered until the actual receipt of the order
transfer transmitted by the purchaser and validated by CRO (Operation Reference Code
consisting of eleven digits, different and unique for each transaction).


Since orders are taken into consideration only after confirmation
of the payment, it will not be possible to apply discounts or penalties for delays.


It is possible to request, during the estimate and order acquisition phase, the extension of
payment by sending an email to management@inexportlight.it, indicating the
own bank details for the possible issue of a bank receipt.


The extension request will be processed within two working days, after which, in the event of
authorization, the order will be confirmed with normal procedure. In the event of non-authorization,
the Administration Office will contact the Customer to inform him of the change
of payment.


4 - DELIVERY


4.1 DELIVERY METHODS


Once the order has been sent, the delivery method will be indicated to the buyer (via
transporters or express couriers).


Transportation is always free for orders over € 4,000 + VAT for all provinces
in the national territory with the exception of the provinces located in the islands (Sicily, Sardinia and islands)
minors). For these destinations, a quote will be communicated with the relative tariff.


The delivery office will agree with the customer the delivery date, if the shipment is
entrusted to transporters or shippers affiliated with INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l., or

4.2 COMPLAINTS

The buyer must indicate on the delivery note the precise and justified reservations in the event of
failure or missing goods, as the general type reservations are insufficient "subject to
verification ".

The buyer will have to send a copy of this complaint within three days of delivery to
INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l. providing detailed information regarding the reason for the complaint
to allow INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l., its couriers or any other person from
they are in charge, the possibility to verify the facts. Therefore, the buyer must abstain
from intervening or from having a third party intervene for this purpose. Accepted complaints will result in
replacement of the defective or non-compliant Product, or its reimbursement in the event of
unavailability of the Product in stock. The returned Product must be delivered to the couriers
of INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l. in perfect condition, in its original packaging and fitted with all the
its accessories. Any goods returned spontaneously will not be accepted without prior agreement of

Any defects, deficiencies or discrepancies not reported at the time of delivery cannot
be taken into consideration.


5 - PRODUCT WARRANTY


On lighting equipment and sales made to legal entities with
VAT number, a 12-month guarantee is in force according to the law, in addition to an extension for
further 12 months from the delivery date that the company INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l. provides a
against manufacturing, material or design defects. During the period of
guarantee INEXPORT LIGHT s.r.l. undertakes, at its discretion, to replace or refund the

of transport costs.
6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8 - FORCE MAJEURE

of its obligations, to the extent that such failure will be due to unforeseen circumstances
or upon the occurrence of a constitutive element of force majeure such as, without any limitation
to the following list, flood, fire, storm, lack of raw materials, strike of
transport, partial or full or tight strike. The Party that has been delayed must
communicate to the other Party the occurrence of an event of force majeure in the shortest terms and to
maximum within five (5) working days from the occurrence of such event. The parties will have to

9 - MISCELLANEOUS


9.1 PARTIAL NULLITY


If one or more clauses of the present general sales conditions are considered void

For any dispute concerning the interpretation, application and execution of the present
contract the parties declare that the jurisdiction will belong exclusively to the Judge
Italian.

any other competing court. The parties declare that the law applicable to this contract
